Your business name, website or social media, target area, and up to 5 competitors you already know. If you don't have a list, I can find the main competitors for you.
Where does the data come from?
Public sources only: industry reports, competitor websites, review sites like Google and Zillow, and social media. Every figure includes its source and the date I checked it.
Can you research industries other than real estate?
Yes. My main focus is real estate, but I also research other local service businesses. Message me first so I can confirm the scope.
Do you include competitor pricing?
Yes, when it is publicly available. If a competitor does not publish prices, I mark it clearly as "not publicly available" instead of guessing.
What format will I receive?
A Google Sheet with the competitor benchmark, plus a short summary report in PDF or Google Doc.
