Do you use AI tools?
Yes. My workflow can include AI-assisted concept development, followed by professional editing, refinement, colour correction, and file preparation. Please contact me if you require a fully hand-drawn workflow.
Are editable vector files included?
Standard and Premium include editable AI and web-ready SVG files. Basic includes PNG and JPG files. A source file can be added to Basic as an extra.
Can you match my existing brand style?
Yes. Send your brand guide, colours, website link, and suitable references. I will create a compatible visual direction without copying another company’s artwork.
What counts as a revision?
A revision covers reasonable changes to colours, positioning, expressions, and small details. A new concept, different scene, or complete redraw requires an additional order.
Can you create a complete illustration set?
Yes. Premium includes three coordinated illustrations. Message me for a custom offer if you need four or more.
What files will I receive?
Basic includes high-resolution PNG and JPG files. Standard and Premium also include AI and SVG files.
Can I use the illustrations commercially?
Yes. Commercial use is included for the completed artwork. You must have permission to use any logos, photographs, or brand materials you provide.
