Hey there! My name is Diogo Mané. I'm a Designer and a serious comic book lover, with a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and Printing, and years as self taught illustrator and comic book artist. What do you need from me to get started?
I need character references, pose/idea, style preference, background requirements, and any specific mood or emotion you want. Visual references always help.
What’s the difference between Sketch, Black & White, and Full Render?
Sketch: Rough, unpolished, expressive draft. Black & White: Clean, Polished and Finished lineart with optional shading. Full Render: Complete color, lighting, effects, and polish.
Do you include backgrounds?
Yes! All packages include a simple background (plain, graphic, room, street, forest, etc) For detailed or very specific environments, choose the background add-on.
Can I add more than one character?
Yes. Sketch: +$10 per character B&W: +$20 per character Color: +$40 per character
Do you provide title cards, logos, or text on the cover?
Yes. I can add a custom title card or logo for an extra fee. Great for book covers, promotional posters, or thumbnails.
Can you format the cover for print or ebook distribution?
Yes. I can format for KDP, IngramSpark, Comic printing, A5, Manga size, Webcomics, etc. If you need full formatting + print setup, message me for a custom quote.
What file formats do you deliver?
PNG (high resolution), JPG, and optionally PSD or Clip Studio files as a gig extra.
Do I get revisions?
Yes, one revision during sketch stage and one final touch-up revision. Major changes after sketch approval may require an additional fee.
Do you draw in manga and western styles?
Absolutely. I can match anime, manga, semi-realistic, comic book, stylized, or a custom hybrid style.
What about print size and DPI?
All artwork is created at 300 DPI using industry-standard page sizes. If you need a specific canvas size, please tell me before ordering so I can format your file correctly.
