FAQ
What access do you need to build this?
A Power Platform environment with maker permissions, and a SharePoint site or Dataverse database depending on your data. A dev or sandbox environment is ideal. I never need global admin. If your security policy restricts external access, I can build in my own tenant and hand you the solution file to
Will you need access to our real data?
No. I build against structure, not records. Sample or masked data is enough to develop and test. Your production data stays where it is.
Which package should I pick?
Starter if you have one process and one screen in mind. Business if you have a real workflow with multiple steps and users. Complete if you are replacing a legacy system or need Dataverse, integrations and proper deployment. Message me with your process and I will tell you which one actually fits.
What if my project is bigger than Complete Solution?
Message me and I will send a custom offer with milestones, so you pay in stages as each part is delivered rather than everything upfront.
What do I actually receive at handover?
The working solution deployed to your environment, the exported solution file, written documentation covering how it works and how to maintain it, and a walkthrough recording. Business and Complete also include a live handover call.
What happens if something breaks after delivery?
You get 14, 30 or 60 days of support depending on your package, included at no extra cost. Message me and I fix it. That window exists so you are not left alone with a system you just paid for.
Can you fix or extend an app someone else built?
Yes, and it is common. I do not need the original developer. Send me what exists and I will tell you honestly whether extending it or rebuilding it is cheaper.
Do we need Power Platform licences?
Depends on what we build. Apps on SharePoint usually run on your existing Microsoft 365 licences. Dataverse and premium connectors such as SQL or custom APIs need Power Apps per-app or per-user licences. I will tell you before you order, not after.
Why are your delivery times longer than other sellers?
Because I build systems, not demos. Proper data modelling, error handling and testing take time. I would rather quote 18 days and deliver in 14 than quote 3 and hand you something that breaks. If you need it faster, message me before ordering.
Can you add AI or a Copilot Studio agent?
Yes, included in Complete Solution and available as a custom offer on the other tiers. I build Copilot Studio agents wired into real business systems, not demo chatbots.
