Are you selling to the EU from outside Europe? From Dec 2024, the new GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation) requires all non-EU sellers of consumer products to appoint an EU Responsible Person. Without one, your products may be blocked at customs, removed from Amazon, eBay, or Etsy, or even recalled.

What happens if I sell more than 500 units under Class 1S?
You will automatically move up to Class 1 and will be billed the difference. This ensures fairness and compliance.
Do I need CE Technical Documentation for all products?
No. Only products under CE directives (like electronics and toys) require full CE documentation. Low-risk products (clothing, decoration, simple household items) only require basic GPSR documentation.
Can I start with Class 1S and upgrade later?
Yes. Many small sellers start with Class 1S and upgrade once their sales grow.
Do you also cover cosmetics or medical products?
No. These categories have their own regulations (Cosmetics Regulation, Medical Device Regulation) and require specialized services.
How long is the contract valid?
The standard duration is 12 months, renewable annually.
