Due to Geman Packaging Act, every producer, importer, and seller must participate in support systems for recycling disposals. These include product and shipping packaging and focus on packaging that is usually left to the final consumer.

To fulfil international e-merchant's duties according to German packaging law, I offer

• assistance in the initial registration procedure for LUCID
• calculation of all fees and the price to hire a system participant for disposals
• contracting such a system participant (dual system partner)
• reporting to the packaging register
• being your authorised representative for this purpose in Germany
• keeping records

Assistance for the initial registration is available using video conference or by providing detailed video instructions.

Further expenses apply for the recycling of the packaging. First, the costs for the packaging disposals need to be calculated. The authorised representative must be contracted. A written contract in German is mandatory, and the contract needs the partner's handwritten signature.

The premium tier already contains the disposal charges for an initial amount of paper or cardboard.
