What do you need from me to get started?
Your Excel file (or a copy with sensitive data removed) and a short description of what you'd like to achieve. I'll confirm the scope with you before starting.
Do I need to know Excel to work with you?
No. I'll deliver the file ready to use, with simple instructions. The Premium package also includes a short usage guide.
Do you work with Google Sheets too?
My main focus is Excel, but I can adapt the work to Google Sheets if that's where your file already lives just let me know before you order.
What if my information is confidential?
I treat every file with full confidentiality. If you prefer, you can send me a version with sample data and I'll replicate the same structure and formulas.
How do revisions work?
Each package includes a set number of revisions (1 to 3). If you need more, you can request an additional revision as an extra.
Do you only clean up Excel spreadsheets?
Excel organization is my main service here, but as a Business Analyst I also handle data analysis, custom reports, and process reviews. If your project goes beyond spreadsheet cleanup, message me with the details and I'll send you a personalized quote based on the scope.
What are your working hours / response time?
I typically respond within 24 hours and work mainly in the evenings and on weekends. This means every project gets focused, unhurried attention rather than a rushed turnaround.
