The subconscious itself controls 90% of our behaviors and thought patterns. It knows everything about us and knows when and how to step in and protect our bodies. During times of stress and trauma, our subconscious will build a wall to protect our heart from pain and danger. Once there, they are permanently fixed. As time goes on, more and more walls can and will be added due to other life events and pain. These walls keep a person from giving and receiving on a variety of levels and in different ways. Heart walls can also be inherited from ancestors

Why do we need to release heart walls?

Your heart should be communicating with every cell, tissue and organ throughout your whole body. Heart walls keep this from happening. Energy flowing from the heart to all areas of the body, mind and spirit is necessary to heal and maintain good health 

As you release heart walls, you will be removing the layers which are keeping the vital energy from your heart from reaching cells, tissues, vital organs, etc 

Releasing heart walls will also allow a person to receive and give love more freely; have more happiness, joy and satisfaction in life; and be more successful on many levels
