All sessions are live via Zoom, or Google Meet. (Meeting link will be sent after placing your Order)
What is the duration of meditation Session?
Duration depends on gig. It begins from 20 minutes to 40 minutes. (Mentioned in each gig)
What are the basic requirements to join meditation session?
Yoga mat Comfortable clothes Good Internet Connection Quiet environment
Who can join the session?
Anyone, from the age group 10 to 90 years old.
What to do if I can’t sit in Cross-legged position or meditative pose?
Preferable to sit on floor (using mat) in a comfortable position. In case of issue in legs then suggested to sit on a comfy chair. (Meditation on bed is not suggested)
Are these meditations suitable for beginners?
Yes, it’s suitable for all levels. I’ll guide you step-by-step.
How often should I meditate?
Daily practice is ideal, but even a few sessions per week helps a lot.
