1. What file formats do you accept?
I accept STEP, IGES, SolidWorks, Solid Edge, Siemens NX, STL, OBJ, FBX, and other common 3D CAD formats.
2. Can you create the CAD model if I only have reference images?
Yes. I can create the 3D model from reference images, sketches, or technical drawings. Please contact me before placing the order for a custom quote.
3. Do you provide the Blender source (.blend) file?
No. The Blender source file is not included by default. It can be purchased as an additional service.
4. Can I request changes after delivery?
Yes, minor revisions are included according to your selected package. Major design or CAD model changes after approval will require an additional charge.
5. How long does it take to complete a project?
Delivery depends on the complexity of the model and animation. Simple projects usually take 3–5 days, while complex assemblies may require more time.
