As per Google Play Store regulation, Updates to apps and games on Google Play will be required to target Android Upside Down Cake (API level 34) or higher. After this date, the Play Console will prevent you from submitting new APKs with a targetSdkVersion less than 34.
I will Configure your app to target at least Android 10.0 (API level 34).
Note: Only if your source code is native Android Or Hybrid like React Native, Ionic, Flutter, Cordova and not other platforms like Unity etc.
