Will my photos meet Amazon's listing requirements?
Yes. I edit to Amazon's exact specifications: pure white background (RGB 255), product fills 85% of the frame, minimum 2000 x 2000 pixels, RGB colour mode, JPG format. Your listing will pass Amazon's image checker.
What if my product has a complex shape like jewellery or glass?
Complex products require extra time and care. Add the "Complex retouching" gig extra for jewellery, glass, liquids, or transparent or reflective items. Message me first with a sample and I'll confirm pricing before you order.
Can you add shadows or make my product look more realistic?
Yes. Shadows are included in the Standard and Premium packages. I create natural drop shadows, floating shadows, or reflection effects depending on your product type and listing style.
What file formats do you accept and deliver?
I accept JPG, PNG, TIFF, RAW, and PSD. I deliver in JPG by default (Amazon requirement). PNG and TIFF available as gig extras. Source PSD files are also available as an extra.
Can you do lifestyle backgrounds instead of plain white?
Yes. Add the "Lifestyle background" gig extra and I'll composite your product onto realistic backgrounds (kitchen counter, wooden desk, marble, outdoor scenes). Great for Shopify and Etsy listings where Amazon's white background rules don't apply.
How fast can you deliver?
Standard delivery is 2 days for Basic and Standard, 3 days for Premium. With my Extra Fast Delivery gig extra, I can deliver Basic in 24 hours.
What if I need 50, 100, or more images?
I offer bulk discounts for orders of 50 or more. Message me with the quantity and a sample image and I'll send you a custom quote.
What if I'm not satisfied with the result?
I offer revisions on every package. If after revisions you're still not happy, message me and I'll either redo the edits or work with Fiverr's resolution centre on a refund. Your satisfaction is the entire business.
