This gig covers both together for full coordination. If you only need one scope, message me first and I'll scope it separately.

Depends on your jurisdiction. Many cities require a stamped MEP set for permit. Send your location and I'll confirm before we start.
Do you size HVAC equipment or just draw the layout?
Load-based sizing is included, not just placement.
What do you need from me to start?
Your architectural floor plan (if you have one), lot/building details, and your city or county name so I can confirm local code requirements.
