I will make custom hip hop beats for you

Here's how it work:

• I will send you over a sample pack with at least 30 samples inside the pack.
• You pick samples that you like
• We draw inspiration from the sounds
• I will create a custom beat based on your selection

Non-Exclusive License/beat lease includes (Included in the fee) :

• A Non-exclusive license (This means I can resell the beat to other artist)
• I retain the right to re-use the beat
• This is a commercial lease (You can make money off the music, however a song split sheet is required)
• I will mix and master the track for an additional charge
• You can receive the track outs with Non-exclusive license and unlimited rights for additional charge. (song Split sheet required)

Exclusive rights license (Ask about the Exclusive license package)

• Exclusive rights only you have rights to the beats
• Use for commercial use (Song Split agreement required)
• Mix and master of the beat no charge
• Receive track outs (additional charge)
