How do I check on my commission progress?
You can contact me through Fiverr Inbox or on Discord (@djseb1001) specifying what commission you ordered. SPAM accounts are flooding my Fiverr Inbox so please start your message with "I have placed an order for [insert commission type]."
What do you do when you need more time?
I will share with you my current progress and request an acceptable time that works for both of us. I will only ask for more time if there's a situation that prohibits me working on your commission and will do my best to resume work at a better time.
Can I cancel an order I made from you? Will I get my money back?
You are free to cancel a commission order, with full refunds if the commission has not been started, however I will keep a certain percentage of the pay with what's already been completed. You CANNOT request a refund after the piece has been completed.
Can I use the commissioned artwork for comemrcial use?
Yes it can be, however please specify beforehand as it'll cost you double of the total commission price. Otherwise rights to the artwork belong to me meaning you CANNOT reproduce the art for sale or commercial use. Certain exceptions for streamers and advertising.
Am I allowed to trace your artwork or use it in AI?
It's PROHIBITED to heavily edit, trace or reference any artwork that I made for you unless I have given you explicit permission to do so. NO AI shall be made of my artwork style , this includes YOUR OWN built AI model to interpret my art, or feeding my artwork to Generative AI bots.
