Your entire book professionally formatted for both ebook AND print.
Many formatting services limit their entry packages to only a small number of pages. My $25 package is designed for complete, full-length text-based books.
You will receive polished, publication-ready files for both ebook and print, including an EPUB and print-ready PDF.
Formatting can include professional chapter styling, scene breaks, headers and footers, page numbers, front and back matter, clickable navigation, ornamental elements, and more.
Files will be prepared for major publishing platforms including Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, Lulu, B&N Press, as well as other ebook and print distributors.
The Basic package is ideal for novels, novellas, memoirs, and straightforward text-based nonfiction.
Packages with images and more advanced formatting are also available.
Your manuscript must be edited and finalized before formatting begins.

Is the $25 package really for a complete book?
Yes. Basic covers a complete text-only book up to about 400 finished pages, roughly 100,000 words. It is not limited to the first 25–50 pages like many entry level gigs.
What does the 400-page limit mean?
The limit refers to the finished formatted book, not your Word document. Word page counts vary with font, spacing, and margins. As a guide, 400 finished pages is roughly 100,000 words.
What if my book is longer than 400 pages?
Add 200 finished pages for $10. As a rough guide: 400 pages ≈ 100,000 words, 600 ≈ 150,000, and 800 ≈ 200,000. Final page count varies by trim size and formatting.
Do I receive both an ebook and print version?
Yes. All packages include both a publication-ready EPUB for ebook and a print-ready PDF. You do not need to purchase ebook and print formatting separately.
What publishing platforms can I use the files with?
I can prepare files for Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, Lulu, Barnes & Noble Press, and other major ebook and print distributors. Tell me where you plan to publish when ordering.
What software do you use to format books?
I use Vellum, a professional book-production software widely used by independent authors and publishers. It produces polished ebook and print interiors and publication-ready EPUB and PDF files.
What file should I send you?
A finalized Microsoft Word DOCX file is strongly preferred. Please make sure your manuscript has been edited and is ready for publication before submitting it.
What types of books do you format?
I format novels, novellas, memoirs, and text-focused nonfiction. Standard and Premium also accommodate images and more complex layouts. Contact me first for unusual or highly specialized designs.
Can I choose how my book looks?
Yes. You can describe the style you want or send examples of interiors you like. If you are unsure, I can select a clean, professional style appropriate for your book and genre.
Do you edit or proofread manuscripts?
No. This Gig is for book formatting. Your manuscript should already be edited and proofread before formatting begins. Revisions cover formatting changes, not manuscript rewrites.
