Do I own my design?
Yes, you will have full ownership of the design upon full payment. I give you all of the files for the site at any time you request it.
Do I own the domain?
Yes. I prefer purchasing it for you to make the setup easier on both of us but once the site is live and paid for you own the domain so you can leave with it at anytime.
How fast do you update the site?
Most changes if done during my business hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST) are done within a few minutes. Any changes outside of those hours are guaranteed within 24 hours of the request.
What updates are covered for your annual price
Editing anything that is already there is covered by your initial payment. If you add anything new, I will charge an additional fee. For example: editing your restaurant menu? Covered. Adding a new coffee menu for a new business venture? Extra.
Are you a real person?
Yes. I am a web designer based in Central Connecticut and if you need a Zoom call or anything else to prove I am real, I can do that.
