What does your beta read service include?
My beta reading service includes: Beta Reading Reports tailored to your selected package, Optional margin comments, Feedback on pacing, plot, and character development, and Strengths of your writing & Areas for improvement.
Do you leave comments directly on the manuscript?
Yes. I use Google Docs comments to provide observations, questions, and feedback directly within the manuscript when appropriate.
Are you open to other genres?
Yes, I am open to read genres outside of Fantasy, Thriller, Science Fiction, and LGBTQ+ Romance.
Can I submit only part of my manuscript?
Yes. My service packages are designed for partial manuscript reviews.
Is there a limit to how long my manuscript can be?
Yes. My Premium package caps out at 40,000 words. I do have an add-on service if you should need to go over 40,000 words.
Do you use AI to write your feedback?
No. All manuscripts will be read by me, and all feedback written by me. I do not use AI in any of my service packages or add-ons.
Will you keep my manuscript private?
Absolutely. Your work stays 100% confidential, and I never share client documents.
Can I pay for faster delivery?
Yes. Please see my Rush Delivery add-ons for more details.
Can you help me prepare a query package?
Yes. I offer query package support as a gig extra and can provide guidance on query letters, synopses, and submission materials.
Do you provide editing or proofreading?
Not at this time. I may consider adding additional gigs in the future, that focus on editing manuscripts or simply proofreading services.
