About this gig
Got a 3D file that's too big, broken, or won't slice? I'll turn it into a clean, print-ready file your slicer will actually accept.

What I fix:
- Holes, flipped normals, non-manifold edges and self-intersections
- Huge scans and models reduced to a printable size without losing visible detail
- Parts bigger than your bed split with one agreed alignment method (Large: 2 pieces)
- Scaled, oriented and exported as STL or 3MF
- Free with every order: a test slice with an estimated print time and filament use

Mechanical engineer (NIU B.S.; Caterpillar, BorgWarner; Formula SAE and SAE Snowmobile) now specializing in car aerodynamics. I 3D-scan real cars and run full-vehicle CFD in OpenFOAM to show what an aero part actually does: drag and downforce in newtons, pressure maps and flow videos. Also experienced in Ansys and SolidWorks Flow Simulation. Recent work: a scanned, mesh-verified Tesla spoiler study for OpenSourceT. Which formats do you accept?
STL, OBJ, PLY, 3MF, STEP, GLB and FBX. Ask if yours isn't listed.
Will reducing the file lose detail?
I reduce triangle count only where it isn't visible at print scale, and you get a before-and-after comparison.
My file is too big to attach.
Message me first and we'll sort out the transfer.
Can you split it for my printer?
Yes. Large covers one model up to 1 GB, split into 2 pieces with one agreed alignment method, such as keys or pin holes. More pieces get a custom offer. Send your bed size.
Do you print it?
No, you get the print-ready file.
What counts as a revision?
A change within the agreed scope, like a different orientation, scale or split line. If my delivery missed the agreed scope, I fix it free, without using a revision or needing an upgrade. More pieces or models get a custom offer.
Do you check that it slices?
Yes. Every file gets a test slice. Send your printer, material and slicer settings; without them I use a reference profile and name it. Actual time and material use depend on your printer and settings.
