About this Gig
I'm Danish, a certified Notion consultant and Notion Architect. I've been building custom Notion workspaces since 2021 for businesses, startups, creators, agencies, and individuals.
Each workspace is tailored to your specific goals, workflows, and team structure. You'll receive a fully functional system with documentation and a walkthrough so you can start using it immediately.
Services I offer:
- Custom workspaces : CRMs, project management, client portals, dashboards, team wikis, SOPs, personal planners, finance trackers, content calendars, habit & fitness trackers, and more
- Automations & AI - Notion automations, Notion AI, Notion Agents, and connecting Notion with your other tools using Make, Zapier, or custom API
- Fixes & rebuilds - if your current workspace is messy or broken, I'll restructure it so it actually works
- Notion consulting - 1-on-1 calls for workspace planning, strategy, troubleshooting, and Notion training
Every order includes a free Loom walkthrough of your completed workspace.

FAQ
What if my project doesn't fit these packages?
Please send me a message with what you need and I'll create a custom offer based on your exact scope.
Can we do a discovery call before we begin?
Yes, absolutely. I offer a free discovery call to understand your needs before we start. We can do it via Fiverr video call. Send me a message and we'll set it up.
What do you need from me to get started?
A clear description of what you want to achieve. Your goals, workflows, and any references or examples you have in mind. If you don't have these, that's totally fine. We can hop on a quick free discovery call and figure it out together.
Is my data safe and confidential?
Absolutely. I treat every client's data with full confidentiality, as if an NDA is in place. If you have your own NDA, I'm happy to sign that too.
How do we handle Notion workspace access?
For most projects, I build on my own account and share it with you to duplicate. If your project requires working directly in your workspace, you can add me as a guest. Send me a message and I'll guide you through either option.
What Notion services do you offer?
Everything. Custom workspace builds, databases, formulas, automations, Notion AI, Notion Agents, API integrations, templates, dashboards, wikis, SOPs, and connecting Notion with your other tools. If it's in Notion, I can build it.
Do I get full rights to the Notion workspace after delivery?
Yes, 100%. Once delivered, the workspace is fully yours. You have complete rights to modify, share, or use it however you want. I may use anonymized screenshots for portfolio purposes unless you request otherwise.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes. I want you to be happy with the final result. Revisions within the agreed scope are included in every package
What if I want to add more features or change scope mid-project?
Minor additions and tweaks are included. If it's a significant change like new databases or a major scope shift, I'll send a separate offer. We'll always discuss it before any extra charges.
Do I need a paid Notion plan?
Not necessarily. Most workspaces I build work perfectly on Notion's free plan. If your project requires features only available on a paid plan, I'll let you know upfront.
