How does the process work?
Once the order is placed, accepted and all the information is provided (See 'Requirements'), I will review your script carefully to determine the voice needed, then record in my pro studio with high quality gear, edit the file and format to either WAV or MP3, then finally deliver to you!
How quickly can you deliver?
Within 24 hours, or even as quick as 6 hours depending on when your request is made. Contact me to arrange for quick delivery!
What is 'Commercial Rights'? Do I need this?
If you intend to use the voiceover for any business-related purposes (with the exception of paid marketing channels), you will need to purchase the "Commercial Rights" gig extra. For more information see https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service#ownership
What is 'Full Broadcast Rights'? Do I need this?
If you intend to use the voice over in radio, television, and internet commercials, you will need to buy the "Full Broadcast Rights" gig extra. For more info see https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service#ownership.
What is your communication policy?
You will receive a message from me shortly after I receive and review your script. Also, I will let you know when I start working on your voice-over. If I have any questions during this process, I will send you another message and wait for your response. I will post final product upon completion.
What's included in revisions?
Revision includes any small script changes or mistakes I may make. Revision does not include complete re-recording due to style/energy/tone changes, timing restrictions or major script changes. An additional fee of $20 per 100 words will be required.
How much are revisions?
In most cases I am happy to provide 1 revision with my initial fee for no additional cost. After that, revisions are $10 for 100 words.
What time zone are you in and where are you located?
My time zone is Pacific Time Zone (USA - Los Angeles). I am located in Valencia, CA.
Do you time sync audio narration to video?
Yes, I do time sync my audio narration to your video. You will need to purchase the "Time Sync" gig extra for this service. NOTE: This is not an easy task and will add time to your project, depending on how long the video is. Please contact me to set this up. I deliver movies in MP4 format.
Do I need to provide specific, clear direction for voice over?
YES! If you have a specific sound, energy, emotion in mind for your script, I need to know prior to recording. If no direction is given, I will use my expertise to interpret the script. If you are then un-happy with the recording, you will be charged for revisions. Revisions are $20 for 100 words.
