Hi, I'm David, a 3D interior renderer based in Italy. I started creating renders of apartments and homes during an internship at a surveying studio, working with real floor plans and real properties. I help real estate agencies, landlords and property owners present their spaces with clean, realistic images that make listings stand out. What do I need to send you to start?
The floor plan (CAD, PDF, or even a clear sketch with measurements), the list of rooms to render, and your preferred style. Reference images are welcome but optional.
Can you redesign or change the layout of my apartment?
I visualize the layout you give me, furnishing it and styling it. I don’t design structural changes: if walls need to move, please send the final floor plan from your architect or surveyor.
Do you render exteriors, gardens or facades?
No, I work on interiors only. This lets me focus on delivering the best possible quality for living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms.
How many revisions are included?
2 revisions in Basic and Standard, 3 in Premium (changes to colors, furniture, style). Extra revisions can be added for $10 each.
What resolution are the renders?
Standard resolution is 2K, perfect for online listings. You can upgrade any room to 4K ultra-high resolution with the 4K extra.
Can I use the images for my listings and marketing?
Yes, the renders are yours to use in listings, brochures and social media. I may include them in my portfolio without any identifying details of the property.
Can I see examples of your work before ordering?
