What information do you need to set up my Facebook Page?
In order to serve you best, I will need the following info: the name of your business, business contact details, activity/ business description, your mission, services or products offered, graphic assets/ pictures/ logo I could use (if any), preferred style & colours.
Do you create the business Page or do I need to create it first?
Yes, you need to create the Page and add me as an Admin of it. I can't create it as it against Facebook T&Cs. But worry not, I will assist you in creating it.
Do you offer refunds?
I rarely do refunds as it is a little complicated. Let's get in touch if there is any misunderstanding or issue with the order, I will make sure we sort things out by fixing or redoing the work. Just let me know, I will be happy to help.
