Do you set up or configure ChatGPT or Copilot for us?
No. Your IT team or provider handles the technical setup. I cover the governance side: which use cases, what data may go in, who approves and the policy.
Does this cover the EU AI Act and GDPR?
Yes. I check your use cases against the EU AI Act, including the Article 4 AI literacy duty, and against GDPR for any personal data that goes into the tool. For financial firms I also cover DORA.
We're not in the EU. Is this still useful?
Yes. The guardrails and the policy work anywhere. I adjust the regulatory references to your country.
We already have an IT acceptable use policy. Do we need a separate AI policy?
Usually not. Most firms add an AI section or annex to the policy they already have. In the Basic package I review what you have and tell you exactly what's missing.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Yes. For two weeks after delivery I answer questions about the documents by message at no extra cost.
