Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires all companies using AI to take steps to improve staff AI literacy. Many teams have adopted ChatGPT or Copilot without training or documentation to present to customers or auditors.

Is AI literacy training actually required?
Article 4 of the EU AI Act asks companies that use AI to take measures that build their staff's AI literacy. It was softened in July 2026, but the duty remains. Training with a record is the most common way to show you've done it.
Do you teach staff how to code or build AI tools?
No. This is for people who use AI at work: what it's good for, where it goes wrong, how to prompt it well and what data must stay out. No technical background needed.
Can the training be about our own tools and policy?
Yes. Every session uses your tools, your policy and examples from your sector. If you have no AI policy yet, I cover general safe-use rules, and my ChatGPT and Copilot rollout gig can write one for you.
Do you deliver in person?
No. Sessions are live and online on Teams, Zoom or Google Meet.
Do you provide support after the training?
Yes. For two weeks after delivery I answer questions from your team by message at no extra cost.
