Do I need a developer account?
Yes, the app must be published under your own Apple Developer and Google Play accounts. I'll guide you through creating them if needed.
My app is built with Expo. Is that a problem?
Not at all, most of my apps use Expo and EAS.
What access do you need?
Access to your code and a team role in App Store Connect or Play Console. You keep full ownership.
