I received a 2D Likelihood of Confusion Refusal, now what?
The USPTO is saying the name is taken. Unfortunately, likelihood of confusion refusals are very difficult to overcome. Basically, you would need to appeal the decision to overcome this refusal which can get very costly and timely. Less than 10% of the appeals are successful but we can assist.
