Will you actually fix the bug in the Basic Package?
The Basic Package ($40) is strictly for diagnosis. I will investigate your workflow, identify the root cause of the error, and provide a detailed written report on how to fix it. If you want me to implement the repair manually, please choose the Standard or Premium package.
Is my confidential business data secure during the audit?
Absolutely. I act as an independent inspector. I only analyze the logic, API calls, and data flow within your n8n environment to find the error. I do not store, copy, or export any of your proprietary business data.
What do you need from me to start troubleshooting?
I'll need temporary access to your n8n workspace (or the exported JSON), a clear error description, and screenshots of failing nodes. If 3rd-party apps (Airtable, HubSpot) are involved, I may also need API keys or temporary access.
What if the error is not in n8n, but in an external app's API?
Many workflow crashes are caused by third-party API limitations or incorrect data payloads. My audit will trace the exact point of failure. If the issue is external, my report will provide precise methodological recommendations on what needs to be changed in the third-party platform.
Do you work with n8n Cloud or self-hosted instances?
I work with both. You can either provide me with temporary credentials to your server/workspace, or you can export the failing scenario as a JSON file, send it to me with the error details, and I will fix it on my end.
