Do you deliver Figma variables/tokens, or just static styles?
For Standard and Premium packages, yes - I set up Figma variables (color, spacing, typography) so your system can support theming and scale cleanly, not just static color swatches.
Do I need an existing product for you to build a design system?
It helps if you have at least a few screens or a rough product direction, but you don't need a full app - even a couple of reference screens or a brand guide is enough to start from.
