Yes, I have experience working that way and will provide tracks with tempo changes, time signature changes and/or fluctuating tempo, but it may take more time than usual.
Do I need to provide stems for backing tracks?
For the Standart level pricing, yes. Anything that includes me producing or digging up stems will step the work up to the Premium level.
What kind of structural cues can you include in the click track?
