I'll need the existing dimensions of the space drawn out and sent to me prior to any work being done.
Knowing key concerns in the current layout whether it's a lack of counter space, poor flow, or inefficient storage will be necessary. Any must-haves for the new design are highly encouraged as well!

I have always had a passion for homes and their interior. Being able to improve or rework spaces is always something I've wanted to be a part of and have found super interesting.
I have four years of kitchen remodeling and have been using AutoCAD for production packets on jobs. I can recreate your existing layout into something you may find more functional and appealing and provide different floorplans or elevations to show the details!

What is needed in order for you to start the new layout drawings?
Before I can start any work, I will need drawings and dimensions of your existing space. It does not need to be scaled or professional-looking at all—just good enough so that I can understand it. Please include all details in the room - doorways, doors, windows, ceiling height, etc.
Do you do revisions?
Revisions are available with specific packages only, so please refer back to the breakdowns. But you can add it on as an extra charge if you feel like it would be more helpful!
How will the final product be sent to me?
I will compile everything into a PDF file for you to scroll through.
