To get started, I’ll need a short description of your product or service, your logo and brand assets (if available), and any reference examples you like. If you already have a script or voice-over, you can include that as well. If not, I can help structure the message as part of the process.

The process includes content review, storyboard approval, animation production, revisions based on the selected package, and final delivery. Clear approvals at each stage help keep the project on schedule.

A revision includes small adjustments such as text edits, timing, or minor visual tweaks. Changes to script, structure, duration, or overall concept are not considered revisions and may require an extra.

Final videos are delivered in high-quality MP4 format, optimized for web and social media. Other formats or platform-specific exports can be requested as an extra.

All animations are custom-built for each project. I don’t use pre-animated templates. Stock icons or illustrations may be used when appropriate, but the final animation is unique to your brand.

Yes. You can provide your own voice-over file and I will sync the animation accordingly. If you don’t have one, voice-over can be added as an optional extra.

Due to the custom nature of the work, 24-hour delivery is not available. Faster delivery options may be possible depending on scope—please contact me before ordering.

Project files are not included by default. Source files can be delivered as an optional extra and include clean, organized project files ready for handoff or internal use.
