First time ordering from them, but they did a great job at designing a new OC of mine. Just send them a detailed explanation and references and they went from there. I think it turned out great! Only thing I'd say they could do better is if they sent a sketch first to confirm the pose and such before coloring. But it wasn't a big deal in this case.

My ONLY real "gripe" is that it took a liiiittle long sometimes for a response, but I honestly don't mind too bad in the grand scheme of things. Still, amazing work and I highly recommend!!
