FAQ
What are the source file formats you accept?
I accept Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, EPS, and PDF files. The file can have linked raster and vector images from other third-party software. Just make sure that these files are embedded. If not, you also have to provide the link file in EPS, Photoshop, or Illustrator format.
What are the final file formats I will receive?
By default, you will receive a PDF. PDF is the universal file format accepted by printing presses. I can give you the source file for an extra charge.
Do you accept Corel Draw files?
NO. But you can save your file into EPS (Encapsulated Postscript), PDF, or Adobe Illustrator format for submission. Just make sure that no unwanted faults happened during conversion, such as fonts changed or missing links.
What are my options if I cannot submit a high resolution 300dpi raster image file as part of your requirements.
If a raster file can be converted and traced into a vector file, you will have to add $5 for every image.
Do I have to comply with all your requirements before you can start work?
The most important among the requirements are the files and your written instructions. Communication is still the key to completing the project.
