About this Gig
Is your child a capable reader who still struggles to truly understand what they read or a reluctant reader who's lost confidence?
I'm a primary school educator with over 30 years of classroom experience, specializing in helping children build real reading skills, not just decode words on a page.
Every session focuses on:
Fluency reading with accuracy, confidence, and natural expression
Comprehension main idea, supporting details, vocabulary in context, and inference
️ Writing summarizing and answering questions in complete sentences to build critical thinking
Discussion open-ended conversation that deepens understanding and communication skills
Each session is built around clear, specific learning objectives so you're never left wondering whether your child is actually progressing. I track growth session to session and share concrete updates, not vague reassurance.
Whether your child needs to catch up to grade level or is aiming to exceed it, I'll build a plan around exactly where they are now
Academic work to be done for you, is unethical since it violates most schools’ Honor Codes.
Asking sellers to prepare homework/academic works on your behalf is against Fiverr’s Community Standard and may lead to your account being disabled.

FAQ
What age/grade levels do you work with?
I specialize in elementary through middle school readers (roughly grades 2–7), and can adjust to your child's specific reading level regardless of grade.
How do you track progress?
Each session is built around specific, measurable objectives (for example, reading accuracy percentage, or successfully identifying main idea and inference without prompting). I share brief notes after every session so you can see concrete movement, not just "he did well."
Do sessions include writing practice?
Yes — every session ends with a short written response (a summary or comprehension questions in complete sentences), so reading and writing skills grow together.
Can we start with a trial session before committing to a package?
Yes — the Basic tier is designed exactly for that.
