How do you keep each user’s data private?
I set up role and record-level permissions so clients, staff and admins each see only what they should, and I test with real accounts before delivery.
Do I need a paid Softr plan?
Softr has a free plan for testing, but most client portals need a paid plan for a custom domain and more users. I’ll recommend the cheapest plan that fits.
Which databases do you connect to?
Airtable, Google Sheets, Softr’s own database and others. Tell me what you use now and I’ll advise.
Can you fix or take over my existing Softr app?
Yes, including permission problems, broken filters and slow pages. Send a link and a description of the issue.
Can you add automations and integrations (Make, Zapier, email, payments)?
