Can you really diagnose my car remotely?
Yes. Most electrical faults follow patterns I can identify from symptoms, error codes, and visual evidence. You send the information — I analyze and deliver a structured report. In most cases the diagnosis narrows the fault to 1–2 components.
What do I need to provide?
Three things: a clear description of the problem, any OBD2 error codes if you have a scanner, and photos or a short video if applicable. The more detail you provide, the more accurate the diagnosis.
Do you repair the ECU or just diagnose?
This is a remote diagnostic service. I identify the fault and tell you exactly what to fix and how. The physical repair is done by you or your local mechanic — but now they know exactly what to look for.
What vehicles do you cover?
Cars and light trucks from any brand — European (VW, Audi, BMW, Peugeot, Renault, Fiat), American (Ford, GM, Chrysler), and others. Gasoline and diesel. If you have a specific model, message me first and I'll confirm.
Can you help with a no-start problem?
Yes. No-start conditions are one of the most common requests I handle. I cover battery and charging system, starter circuit, fuel system signals, immobilizer and ECU communication, and ignition system — in a logical sequence.
How long does the report take?
