I will audit your ai agent governance and workflow risks

About this gig
Your AI agent may work in a demo but still create operational risk when permissions, approvals, failure handling, and evidence are unclear.
I will audit the governance and workflow controls around your AI agent or AI automation. I identify where it can act without sufficient oversight, where decisions are hard to trace, and which controls should be prioritized before wider use.
Depending on your package, the audit may cover:
agent roles and workflow boundaries
permissions and tool access
approval, review, and escalation gates
failure handling and stop conditions
verification and human review checkpoints
logging, evidence, and decision records
prioritized remediation and control architecture
You receive a practical written deliverable, not a legal or compliance certification. Recommendations are based on the materials and access you provide.
Best for founders, product teams, and operators building or reviewing AI agents, automations, copilots, or multi-step workflows.
Message me before ordering if your system involves regulated data, production access, or complex multi-agent architecture so we can confirm scope.

FAQ
What do you need from me to perform the audit?
Provide the system objective, workflow or architecture notes, agent instructions or prompts, tool and permission details, approval rules, and representative logs or examples. Never send passwords, API keys, personal data, or other secrets.
Will you need access to my production system?
Not by default. I begin with the documentation, diagrams, configuration excerpts, and examples you provide. If live access would materially improve the audit, we will agree on a safe, limited scope first.
Is this a legal, security, or compliance certification?
No. This is a technical and operational governance assessment. It can identify control gaps and support your remediation planning, but it does not replace legal, regulatory, compliance, or formal security advice.
What will I receive at the end of the audit?
You will receive a written deliverable matched to your package: findings, prioritized risks, control gaps, and recommended next actions. Standard adds a remediation plan; Premium adds control architecture and an implementation roadmap.
