I accept .STEP, .IGES, .STL, SolidWorks (.SLDPRT/.SLDASM), CATIA, and Parasolid. I can also work from engineering drawings if CAD is not available.
Will the report be accepted by a certifying authority?
Premium reports follow standard aerospace analysis documentation practices (per AC 25.571 and MIL-HDBK-5). For formal certification submissions, please let me know upfront so I can tailor the methodology accordingly.
Can you validate results against hand calculations?
Yes. I include simplified analytical checks alongside FEA results in the Standard and Premium packages to validate model accuracy.
My material is a composite can you handle that?
Yes. I perform laminate analysis using classical lamination theory (CLT) and progressive damage models in ANSYS ACP for composite structures
