FAQ
What do you need to get started?
I need your Shopify store URL, access to the relevant Flexify setup, your target channels, and any existing feed or catalog error details. Please provide collaborator access where necessary rather than sharing your password.
Can you set up product feeds for both Google Shopping and Meta?
Yes. I can configure feeds for both channels, depending on your Flexify plan and the integrations available for your store.
Will you fix product feed errors?
Yes. I can investigate common issues involving product attributes, missing fields, variants, availability, and feed formatting. Issues caused by platform policies or external account restrictions may require additional action.
Will my products automatically be approved by Google or Meta?
No service provider can guarantee approval. I will configure and check your feeds, but final product approval depends on each platform's requirements, policies, and account status.
Can you work with an existing Shopify store and product feed?
Yes. I can review an existing Flexify configuration, troubleshoot feed issues, and adjust product mappings where needed.
Does your service include Google Ads or Meta Ads campaign setup?
The standard packages cover product feed configuration, not full advertising campaign creation or management. Contact me if you need additional advertising services.
