Can you do stat blocks and system windows?
Yes, and as real text rather than screenshots. Reflowable tables and styled boxes that hold their shape when a reader bumps the font size on their phone. Send me a sample of how yours look now and I'll tell you exactly how I'd set them before you order.
Why not just use images for the tables?
Three reasons. They don't reflow, so on a phone they shrink to unreadable. They bloat your file, and KDP charges a delivery fee per megabyte on the 70 percent royalty option, so you pay for them on every sale. And screen readers can't read them at all.
How do you price it if you don't know my page count yet?
From your word count and trim size. A 150,000-word LitRPG is about 535 pages at 6x9 and about 665 at 5x8 - trim changes it a lot, which is why quoting off a guess is how authors get surprised. Send both and I'll give you a firm price before you order.
My book is 200,000 words with 60 tables. Is that a problem?
No, but it changes the price. Every package covers up to 450 interior pages; past that there's a per-bracket extra, quoted before you order, never after. Long progression fantasy is normal here. Tell me roughly how many system elements you have.
Do you copyedit or proofread?
No. I format what you send, exactly as you send it. Your manuscript should be finished before it reaches me. If it still needs an editor, get that done first - it's much cheaper than reformatting afterwards.
Can you do the whole series?
Yes, and it gets cheaper. I build the template on book one and every book after reuses it at a discount. That matters more in LitRPG than anywhere else, since your system formatting has to stay identical across the series.
Do you use AI to format my book?
No. Your book is personally formatted using professional publishing software. Your manuscript is never uploaded to ChatGPT or any other generative-AI service, and no AI-generated text is added to your work. What you send me is what gets typeset.
What files do I receive?
A print-ready PDF at your trim size, set up for KDP, and a reflowable EPUB for Kindle. Both are yours to upload and use however you like. I don't send an editable design source file, and you don't need one to publish your book.
Are the package limits based on words or pages?
Word count is the main limit. Printed pages vary with trim size, font, spacing, chapter openings and tables, so I quote from your word count and trim. If your book runs past the package limit, extra length is quoted before you order, never after.
