About this gig
A precise CAD model is the foundation of every product that actually gets built. Sloppy geometry creates problems downstream, in tooling, in assembly, and in production.
I'm an industrial designer with over ten years of experience modeling products that go to market. I've worked on certified medical devices, large-format industrial machinery, and consumer products across a range of materials and manufacturing processes.
What I need from you:
- Reference material in any form. Sketches, technical drawings, photos, or an existing file you need modified.

What reference material do you need to get started?
Anything works. Sketches, technical drawings, photos, or an existing file you want modified or rebuilt.
What file formats do you deliver?
STEP plus native SolidWorks, Rhino, Blender or Fusion360 file as standard. I can also deliver IGES, OBJ, or STL on request.
Can you model organic or sculptural forms?
Yes, but organic geometry takes significantly more time than mechanical parts. Message me before ordering so I can give you an accurate quote.
Is the model production-ready?
Maybe. There are a multitude of different production techniques that each require dedicated CAD design for optimization. If you want DFM (Design for manufacturing) ready files, contact me directly for a quote.
My project is larger than the Premium package. Can you handle it?
Yes. Message me with the details and I'll put together a custom offer.
Can you also supply photorealistic renderings?
Yes, for an additional fee (see gig) I can create photorealistic renders, and also with texturing and lighting (see gig price). For more complex packages please see my rendering gig.
Can you also make animations?
Yes for an additional fee (see gig) I can create a basic turntable animation. For more comprehensive animations, see my rendering gig.
