Yes. If your listing meets Google's eligibility criteria and we still can't get it reinstated, I offer a full refund. No hidden terms, no runaround.
What do you need from me to start?
I'll need access to your GBP account (you need to add us as manager), proof of business (like utility bills, registrations, or lease agreements-we will help you prepare all documents), and sometimes website changes if your site violates Google's guidelines.
How long does reinstatement take?
Each case is different, but most reinstatements take between 48h to 15 business days, depending on the severity of the issue and Google's response time.
Do you fix website issues or make edits on my behalf?
No. I’ll tell you exactly what needs to be fixed on your site, but I don’t make direct edits. Too many risks involved for us when touching client sites.
Can you help with new listings or optimisation?
Yes, but that’s not part of this gig. If you need help creating a compliant new listing or optimising an existing one, message me for a custom offer.
