About this gig
Your website should load in under a second and turn visitors into enquiries. I hand-code sites in Astro and React. No page builders, and no theme dragging along code you'll never use.
I migrated my own three sites from React to Astro to fix their SEO, so I've made these mistakes on my own time rather than on yours.
What you get: a responsive site that works on real phones, clean HTML that Google can actually read, on-page SEO, analytics, and a contact form that reaches your inbox. Two rounds of changes are included, and I hand it over properly so you're not calling me every time you need to change a phone number.
What I don't do: write your copy, take your photos, or hold your domain and hosting. Those stay in your name and you pay them directly, so the site is always yours. I can quote the copy as an extra if you need it.

I'm an indie game developer and founder of Dos Estrellas, with a commercially released title published on PC, consoles, and mobile (Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, Android, and iOS). I handle the full development process, from concept and programming to console porting and platform certification.
My main specialty is GameMaker Studio (GML), the engine I used to build and ship a commercial game across around 18 platforms. I also develop cross-platform mobile apps with Flutter and Firebase, and custom websites with React and WordPress.

Should I choose Astro or React?
Astro ships almost no JavaScript, so it suits content and marketing sites that must load fast and rank on Google. React suits interactive apps and dashboards. Tell me your goal and I will recommend the right one, even if it is the cheaper option.
Can you migrate my React site to Astro?
Yes. I migrated my own three sites from React to Astro to improve their SEO, so I know where it pays off and where it does not. Send me your site and I will quote the migration.
Do you provide hosting and a domain?
You keep your own hosting and domain. I set the site up on your hosting, connect the domain, and hand everything over, so you own it all from day one.
Do you build online stores or payment systems?
Not in this Gig. I focus on fast content sites, landing pages, and web apps without payments or user accounts. If you need a store, message me first and I will tell you honestly whether I am the right person for it.
Do I own the code?
Yes. The full source code is yours on final delivery, clean and documented. No lock-in and no monthly fee to me.
My project is bigger than your packages. What should I do?
Message me before ordering. I will review your project and send a custom offer with a clear scope, price, and delivery date. For long projects I split the work into milestones, so you pay as each stage is approved.
Do I have to provide the texts and the images?
Yes, you send the words and the photos and I do the design and the build. If you don't have them, I can write the copy for you as an extra. Tell me before we start so it goes in the order and isn't a surprise halfway through.
Will I be able to update the site myself?
Yes. Premium includes a blog you edit yourself, and on the smaller packages I hand the site over with written instructions. If you want a full editing panel I can add one. You won't need me to change a price or a phone number.
