About this gig
This gig is a live session where I'll go over your Python application and help you debug, enhance, or review the source code. We can fix broken tests, failing builds, unknown errors, or anything else you might want to attempt but needed expert guidance to accomplish.
I'll take care to teach and mentor you on how to debug and troubleshoot your own apps in the future. We'll come together on a shared goal for the live session and anchor our time and discussions around that goal. You can pick the depth and speed and ask as many questions as you need during our time together.
Depending on the session length, the scope of the issues, or amount of questions you'd like to ask, you can expect to come away with:
- Practical Software Engineering knowledge to be a better Python engineer
- Improved code quality through refactoring, documentation, or feature enhancements

FAQ
What is the difference between minor, major, and novel issues?
A minor issue is usually something resolved through spotting typos, missing arguments, etc. A major issue entails refactoring of files or major logic to fix business logic. Novel issues might include problems with unknown/new environment deploys or emergent bugs not previously documented.
Do I need a video camera?
No, but a microphone helps our communication greatly. The more fluid our ability to communicate the better we can use our time together to solve your goals.
What if I need more than one session?
You can book multiple of these gigs if you'd like, else you can contact me and I'd love to work up a custom gig that works for you and what you're looking to accomplish.
