Should I contact you before placing an order?
Yes, especially if your project includes complex modeling, multiple products, multiple scenes, simulations, or custom creative direction. Please send me your product references and project details first, and I’ll recommend the most suitable package or a custom offer.
What do you need from me to get started?
Please provide clear product reference images, dimensions if available, logos and label artwork, brand guidelines, preferred aspect ratio, and any visual references or creative direction you already have. The more accurate the references, the more accurately I can recreate your product.
Is 3D modeling included in the package?
Yes, 3D modeling for simple to moderately complex products is included. Highly detailed, mechanical, irregular, or complex products may require an additional fee or custom offer. Please contact me before ordering if you are unsure.
Can I include multiple products or multiple scenes?
Package pricing is based on one main product and the scope described in each package. Additional products, completely new scenes, or substantially different environments may require a custom offer.
What is included in a revision?
Revisions cover reasonable adjustments within the approved direction, such as lighting, colors, timing, camera movement, or small composition changes. A completely new concept, new scene, major model redesign, or change of creative direction is not considered a revision and may require an additional
Can you develop the creative concept for my product?
Yes. Creative direction and concept development are available for projects that need a more campaign-driven approach. The Premium package is best suited for projects that require visual direction, mood development, custom environments, and storytelling.
Do you provide the Blender or source files?
Source files are not included by default and are available as a paid extra when possible. Please note that third-party assets, licensed resources, fonts, HDRIs, or other materials that cannot legally be redistributed may not be included in the source file.
What resolution and file format will I receive?
Final animations are delivered in Full HD by default, usually as MP4 or MOV files. 4K UHD delivery and additional aspect ratios for social media or campaign use are available as extras.
Do simulations or advanced VFX cost extra?
Depending on complexity, advanced effects such as liquids, particles, cloth, smoke, product transformations, exploded views, or other simulations may require a custom quote. Please contact me before ordering if your project includes advanced VFX.
Can you match an existing reference exactly?
I can work closely with your references and brand direction, but every project is created as an original production. References are used to understand the desired mood, quality, lighting, and visual direction rather than to create an exact copy of another artist’s work.
