Is source code included?

What do you need from me to start?
Written requirements, acceptance criteria, repo or code, DB schema or migrations when needed, and any third-party API docs or sandbox credentials.
Can you deploy to my server or cloud?
I can provide deployment notes or assist remotely if you grant safe access (SSH/CI). Production changes are your responsibility unless we agree a separate milestone.
Do you provide API documentation?

What is not included?
