About this Gig
I clean and verify Japanese company lists you already have in Excel or CSV.
Basic: clean and dedupe up to 100 rows, standardize existing company names, addresses, phone numbers and postal codes, and provide a change log.
Standard: Basic for up to 1,000 rows, plus missing postal codes or registered head office addresses filled from Japan's official public data. A registered head office may differ from a branch or operating location.
Premium: Standard, plus checks on each company's own website for 100 rows. I can check published addresses, phone numbers, departments and operating status, and record source URLs.
If information cannot be confirmed, I leave it unchanged and mark it for review. I do not guess.
Experience: I delivered a 1,122-row Japanese company list project, including 379 documented company website checks with source records.
Not included: collecting personal data, building a new lead list from scratch, or filling information not published by an official public source.

Which file formats do you accept?
Excel (.xlsx) or CSV. I deliver an .xlsx copy with a change log and leave the original file unchanged.
Can the column names be in English?
Yes. Japanese and English column names are both fine; the company records should be for Japanese companies.
What happens when information cannot be confirmed?
I leave it unchanged, mark it for review, and do not guess.
How is my file handled?
