What are Commercial Rights and do I need them?
Commercial Rights are always needed for my audio that is used on any type of NON-PAID channels to promote your business, such as your website, or social media posts. Commercial Rights are $20.
What are Full Broadcast Rights and do I need them?
Full Broadcast / Advertisement Rights are necessary for my audio that is used on any type of PAID channels for promoting your business such as your TV, Radio, or paid social media ads. Commercial Rights are $40.
What is your revision policy?
Revision is a script change or change of tone or pace for up to 25 words. You get one free revision with each order. If the script is changed after the order is placed, that will incur additional charges. Mistakes on my behalf are no charge and I will gladly fix any that I make.
What is Script Proofreading and do I need it?
Script Proofreading is when I read through your script and make sure it makes sense grammatically before recording your voice-over. If you are concerned that your script may not read well to an English-speaking audience, then you need this extra.
How many scripts can go on one order?
One script per order.
What is your communication policy?
Good communication is the key to a great product and a happy client. I encourage you to message me with any tonal direction, pronunciation direction, or anything you want me to know about your script. I look forward to discussing your needs.
When can I expect the delivery of the voice-over?
Currently, all deliveries for orders up to 100 words will be sent to you through Fiverr in 24 hours or less, unless you add the "Extra Fast Delivery" option for 12 hours or less. Each additional 100 words will add an extra 24 hours to the order.
What time zone are you in, and what days are you available?
I am in the Pacific Standard Time zone (PST) and available 7 days a week!
Is there anything you won't record?
I do not record vulgar or adult-related language, hate speech, testimonials, or anything that I believe may be misleading or related to a scam. I reserve the right to deny any work that I do not feel comfortable recording.
