Basic cleans one small file; Standard combines or enriches exports; Premium compares invoices and payments by an agreed exact key. Keep your IDs and leading zeros, see missing or ambiguous records, and check counts and totals separately by currency.

What do you need from me to start?
Send a small, anonymized sample and describe the result in your own words. I will propose the cleanup or matching rules and clarify uncertainties with you. We agree the scope, output and acceptance checks before work starts. You do not need a technical brief.
Can you work with multiple files or data sources?
Yes, within your package: Basic 1 file/100 rows; Standard up to 2 files/5000 total rows; Premium up to 3 files/10000 total rows. Lookup files count too. Maximum 100 columns and 20 MB per file. Exact matching only; message me to confirm your workflow.
Will I receive an editable file?
Yes. You receive the agreed CSV files or a values-only XLSX workbook, plus a short explanation of rules, exceptions and totals. For system imports, column names and order are agreed in advance. Power BI files, formulas and dashboards are not included.
What is outside scope, and how are revisions handled?
No formulas, macros, Power Query, native PivotTables, dashboards, Power BI or fuzzy matching. Revisions refine agreed rules on the same sources; new files or workflows need a new quote. Missing values and ambiguous matches are reported instead of guessed.
